Tropical Storm Nicole

Dear CoLCA families and friends,

Out of an abundance of caution we have chosen to follow the Lee County School District and close our Academy on Thursday, November 10.  Though we remain outside of the cone of concern,  according to the National Hurricane Center we are expected to see high winds in our area.  Thus, to protect our students, our families, and our educators we have made the choice to close our Academy.  We will re-open on Monday, November 14.

Sadly, this means our Veteran’s day program is also cancelled.

Nevertheless, we know that the Lord will continue to guide our ways and give us all that we need during this time.

Dear CoLCA families and friends,

 

In his wisdom, the Lord has chosen to send Tropical Storm Nicole toward Florida.  Though the National Hurricane Center shows that we are outside the cone of concern, we are continually monitoring the storm and its path.

 

At this time we have no plans for closures and we will hold school according to our regular schedule on Wednesday, November 9. Nevertheless, we will continue to assess the weather system and its path and will keep you updated.

 

As is our custom, if closures become necessary due to inclement weather, we will follow the actions of Lee County Schools.  We will continue to keep you updated through our website at:  CrownLifeAcademy.com/nicole

 

As always, we pray that the Lord continues to watch over and keep each one of you in his care.
