Art Gala 2020
ART GALA FUNDRAISER 2020
Tint, tone and shade spread throughout the new narthex at Crown of Life this past weekend. Artwork inspired by artists such as Jackson Pollock, Roy Lichtenstein, and Wassily Kandinksky were hung proudly by our art teacher Mrs. Toni Lozen. Crown of Life Christian Academy students were full of excitement as they served their guests and presented their artwork at our first dinner and art show fundraiser.

Dinner was much more than the meal! We raffled off a beautiful necklace and earring set by Fontera, a local jewelry and accessory designer. You can find her collection at The Franklin Shops downtown Fort Myers. Each classroom also took a serving tray and turned it into fun and unique piece of art. These trays were a big hit and created a fun silent auction.
The students were exceptional in helping prepare plates and serve meals. Students also greeted our guests and helped with raffle and item sales. The majority of our 1st through 6th graders were able to participate, and they truly made the event special.
With dessert, came the presentations. Students shared about the artists they studied and the various styles of artwork that they created. We also had a Preschool Folk Art room to showcase our youngest of artists. It was truly a fun night!
Thank you to the parent volunteers, the staff who organized the event, Mrs. Lozen for creating such fun artwork over the school year, and to all of our Crown of Life Students! We couldn’t have done this without all of you!
